I have been a professional full time REALTOR for 32 years. During that time, I have completed over 589 successful transactions. In the past 10 years, in a very challenging real estate market, I averaged 20 closings a year (the national average is 4). In addition, I am a long time member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame—a distinction that can be claimed by less than 10 percent of current RE/MAX agents.
I have undergraduate degrees in philosophy and psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to real estate my professional career included Personnel Manager for Chatham Supermarkets, and Director of Human Resources for FTD International in Southfield. I am certified by the National Association of Realtors as a short sale foreclosure specialist, and also certified in the Equator distressed property

I approach my profession knowing full well that the decisions my clients make regarding real estate are most likely the largest single financial decisions they make. I bring a rational perspective to what at times can be an emotional experience.
