I have been a professional full time REALTOR for 32 years. During that time, I have completed over 589 successful transactions. In the past 10 years, in a very challenging real estate market, I averaged 20 closings a year (the national average is 4). In addition, I am a long time member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame—a distinction that can be claimed by less than 10 percent of current RE/MAX agents.
I have undergraduate degrees in philosophy and psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to real estate my professional career included Personnel Manager for Chatham Supermarkets, and Director of Human Resources for FTD International in Southfield. I am certified by the National Association of Realtors as a short sale foreclosure specialist, and also certified in the Equator distressed property
80% of my business consists of referrals and repeat clients. I approach my profession knowing full well that the decisions my clients make regarding real estate are most likely the largest single financial decisions they make. I bring a rational perspective to what at times can be an emotional experience. My objective is to provide my clients with as much relevant information as possible in order for them to make informed, successful, and confident decisions.
Working with my clients whether they are buyers or sellers involving homes or condos, conventional, short sales, or foreclosures, I bring the experience and insight of those 25 years of pricing, marketing strategy, and negotiating. My objective is to provide a unique level of full time professional full time real estate services so that my clients walk away form the closing table knowing they have made the right decision. In a nutshell---
Real Estate / Real Service / Real Results
